For over 15 years, the ALAC name has stood for innovation,

quality and reliability.

Ever since Dr. Alfons Naber first founded the company, in 1993, under the name ALAC Elektrik-
Mechanik-Vertrieb GmbH, we have always focused on working with our customers in a spirit of
partenrship.
Working together, we have cosistently been able to successfully meet and exceed the industry´s
rising standards with regard to quality, dependability and technological innovation.
With our development of antennas, hands-free kits and multimedia systems for the automotive
aftermarket, we were able to successfully establish ourselves in the highly competitive telecom-
munications market. At the same time, we expand our industrial business and a strategic partner-
ship with PEIKER acustic helped to additionally secure the know-how that had grown within our
company.
In this field, ALAC GmbH offers, above all, outstanding economic efficiency in the production and
procurement of electromechanical components as well as complex wire harnesses. Now, starting
in 2009, this business unit is being further expanded under the name ALACsystems.

1993

ALAC GmbH founded
RG58 coaxial cable with radio receiver / 50Ω plug connector

1994

Development of mini magnet antennas and window-mounted antennas
as well as antenna adapters for mobile phones

1994

First-time appearance at the CeBIT trade fair as an antenna technology specialist

1995

Company begins supplying coiled cable with integrated coaxial cable for
HAMA-brand cell phone cradles with chatge and antenna functions

1996

Cooperation with Taiwanese plug manufacturer and cable converter and packaging firm

1996

In-house development of charge electronics for charging cables with
antenna connection; first hands-free kit

1997

Development and market launch of the Quick-Plug-System

1997

The name ALACmobil stands for our specialization in hands-free kits

1997

Development of cell phone-specific vihicle cradles
